1st french-walloon commitee based on Biorefineries
4th July 2008 - Gembloux (Belgium)
- website

With the collaboration of Pole IAR, coordinator of the project, Agrobiopôle wallon has organised a follow-up committee meeting of Biorefinery Euroview project. In total around 40 people have attended the meeting, coming from the Walloon region and North of France. Participants came from research institutions, industries, development agencies or public authorities.

The active involvement of the participants to this committee, the relevance of their comments and suggestions regarding the first results produced by Biorefinery Euroview Project and their interest to be kept informed about future developments in the biorefinery sector have led the partners to conclude that such workshop or committee generate interactions with key players of the sector and bring added value for the project. Such initiative should be organised in the coming month before the end of the project and final dissemination workshop (scheduled on February 2009). Furthermore, discussions between participants from different regions and from different backgrounds can generate networking and collaborations that enhance partnerships in biorefinery sector.
